CIS Equivalent Standard Achievers
An equivalent standard was achieved by Matt MacDonald (University of Guelph) in the Men’s 800m. The performance of 1:51.72 was achieved at the Spire Institute Invitational in Geneva, Ohio, on February 11th, 2012. With the correction factor of 0.65 added for an oversize track the performance is 1:52.37 which is below the CIS qualifying standard of 1:52.64. This has qualified this athlete for the 2012 CIS Championships in the 600m.

An equivalent standard was achieved by Harold Vulgaire (Universite de Sherbrooke) in the Men’s 200m. The performance of 21.56 was achieved at the Boston U Valentine Invitational at Boston University on February 11th , 2012. This has qualified this athlete for the 300m in the 2012 CIS Championships.

An equivalent standard was achieved by Chris Reid (University of Windsor) in the Men’s 200m. The performance of 21.68 was achieved at the Mike Lints Invitational at Grand Valley State University on January 20th, 2012. With the correction factor of 0.13 added for an oversize track the performance is 21.81 which is below the CIS qualifying standard of 21.92. This has qualified this athlete for the 2012 CIS Championships.
